DNS configuration help using Red Hat 8 and Unbound

I would like someone to help create an unbound.conf file where queries for all domains (including the .local domain and ptr records ) are forwarded to an upstream resolver. The server being used is a freshly installed Red Hat 8 OS with the unbound version from the default repos. It has 2 interfaces, so I will need it to only answer on one of those interfaces (can be done by only allowing a certain IP range). I need this fairly quickly. You won't be able to access the box or screen share. Please let me know how quickly you can do this and if you can be available at 9am Eastern time to help troubleshoot.
