A thread is hung and DNS manager is stuck. It's no longer running. It's blocked and there’s no communication when trying to call. It’s not updating its cache. create and update the run book for hung dns resolver. We want to create metrics to alarm on hung dns. we can create checks in ebs-diagnostics and it should publish metrics. Once the metrics are published in portal we can setup alarms on it.
