DNS Proxy With Admin / Multiple Servers

I already run a VPN network and we are wanting to setup a DNS proxy using something like
http://netflix-proxy.belodedenko.me/
But we need a admin control area / customer control area (so customers with a subscription can update there ip) etc.
Can link in with other 3rd party billing platforms if required however we would like a all in one solution.
Im looking for some one who has built something like this before.
