DNS Optimization for Enhanced Email Performance

I am currently facing issues with my email connection on site built with Squarespace as I am unable to send or receive emails. I believe this is tied to my DNS settings, which need to be optimized to improve my website's performance and, in turn, my email connectivity. This is on Mac using Firefox.
