DNS Fix and Email Functionality Restoration

Project: Fix DNS Records and Restore Email Functionality
Overview:
Our domain's email functionality is currently not working due to likely misconfigured or missing DNS records. We need an experienced contractor to audit, fix, and verify the necessary DNS settings to restore full email service (sending and receiving) through our provider.
Scope of Work:
Audit current DNS records on our domain registrar and/or DNS hosting platform.
Identify missing or incorrect records affecting email delivery, including:
MX records
SPF
DKIM
DMARC
Any relevant A or CNAME records
Correct or add DNS records as needed based on our email service provider (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, etc.).
Validate DNS propagation and test that email can be successfully sent and received.
Advise on best practices for email deliverability and DNS security (optional but preferred).
Access Provided:
Admin access to DNS provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.)
Access or guidance from our email hosting provider
Admin contact for support coordination
Requirements:
Proven experience with DNS configuration for business email
Familiarity with SPF/DKIM/DMARC standards
Able to troubleshoot and resolve email deliverability issues quickly
Timeline:
ASAP — We are currently missing critical email communication.
