DNS Configuration and Blacklist Issue Resolution
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am a solo business owner, and am seeking a specialist in DNS configuration and email deliverability to resolve an issue with my newly purchased business domain, which has been blacklisted on RATS Spam. RATS Spam have indicated that the issue is with my PTR (reverse) DNS configuration not complying with "Best Practices" recommendations, but provided no further guidance. I am happy to share more once we're connected.
My work email is Microsoft 365 Outlook that's purchased & managed via GoDaddy. In fact, the only thing I have done with my email address so far is to connect it with the CRM I use, and test the bulk email function by sending a single email to one test recipient with a Gmail account. This test email landed in the "promotion" folder instead of the inbox when sent via the CRM, while it seemed to be delivered correctly when sent directly through Outlook. I discovered the RATS Spam blacklist issue around the same time, but I am unsure if these events are related.
In my efforts to find the most efficient solution for this DNS configuration and email deliverability issue, I have reached out to my website development marketing agency for assistance. They have been helpful in providing some insights based on their experience with similar issues. However, considering the specialized nature of this particular issue, I am also exploring options with experts who focus primarily on DNS configuration and email deliverability. This approach will allow the marketing agency to continue providing their valuable expertise on other aspects of our collaboration, while ensuring that this specific issue is addressed by a specialist in the field.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could send me a quote for your services in resolving this DNS configuration and email deliverability issue. Please provide any additional information on how you can help my business address this problem. Thank you for your time and consideration.
