DNS Assistance

I am looking for experienced DNS Assistance to help me move my email provider from Dotster to GoDaddy. I have access to my DNS settings, and I need the issue resolved within a week or so. We have already moved to godaddy mail hosting, but the DNS MX settings were changed at dotster rather than our registrar, network solutions.
