Custom DNS & WordPress Setup

I need an experienced server administrator and WordPress expert to fully configure my OVH VPS (VPS 3) running Ubuntu 24.04.3 to host two separate WordPress websites:

ottospace.co (main domain, DNS managed on GoDaddy)

montreal.photography (subdomain but registered separately on Namecheap)

Both domains already point to the server IP, but the server is not yet configured. I want both websites running independently on the same VPS using Nginx, PHP, MariaDB, SSL, and proper directory isolation.

This is my first time setting up a server, so I need someone who can complete the entire setup cleanly and professionally.

What I need you to do:

Install and configure Nginx properly for multiple domains

Install and configure PHP (latest version) and all required WordPress extensions

Install and secure MariaDB

Create separate databases for each site

Create two separate root directories:

/var/www/ottospace.co

/var/www/montreal.photography

Install two independent WordPress instances (one per domain)

Configure two Nginx server blocks (virtual hosts)

Configure and obtain SSL certificates for both domains using Certbot (HTTPS)

Set correct file permissions for WordPress operation

Make sure both websites load correctly in a browser

Deliver a clean and maintainable server setup

OVH VPS 3

Ubuntu 24.04.3

Nginx preferred over Apache

Domains managed on GoDaddy and Namecheap

DNS already pointing to the VPS IP

Deliverables:

Fully functional ottospace.co WordPress website (fresh install)

Fully functional montreal.photography WordPress website (fresh install)

Working SSL for both sites

Database credentials organized and documented

Nginx configurations for both domains

Short documentation on how to update the sites later (optional but appreciated)
