Change to Dedicated Exchange Hybrid App for Mail Flow
Budget: $150 – $300 USD
I need my current 1x local Exchange 2016-CU23 "on-premise/Hybrid connection" with our O365.
to continuing to work at it is right now before and after Dead-line of October 25th 2025.
Need to implement Dedicated Exchange Hybrid App
So that mail flows seamlessly through a dedicated hybrid setup. The sole driver is improved mail flow; security and cost optimisations are welcome side benefits but not the focus.
Scope
• Run and complete the Hybrid Configuration Wizard, creating the new dedicated hybrid connector.
• Adjust DNS, send/receive connectors, and Autodiscover so on-premises and cloud mailboxes coexist without disruption.
• Test inbound and outbound routes, verify free/busy sharing, and confirm transport rules continue to work.
• Provide a concise hand-over guide outlining every change and the rollback path.
Constraints & timeline
Everything must be in place and validated no later than 15 Oct 2025. I’m expecting a straightforward and someone who already implemented many time at others client. So will not waist time on google.
What I’ll supply
• Admin access to the Exchange 2016 servers and the Office 365 tenant.
• Existing SSL certificates and DNS control.
• A small pilot group for testing.
