Change DNS at .DK domain (diffucilt!)

I'm the owner of jordbærplante.dk domain registered at OVH.com
In Danmark, every .dk domain and DNS have to be changed at: dk-hostmaster.dk
I'm unable to do this. I need help of someone who is experienced.
I have my own VPS with PLESK, where is a DNS table.
