Business Gmail & Domain Error Resolution

As the owner of Bundlere.com, I'm currently facing an unexplained issue where I can send emails from my business Gmail account but I can't receive them. Strangely, senders trying to reach me are presented with the following error: "DNS Error: DNS type 'mx' lookup of Bundlere.com responded with code SERVFAIL".
. Unaware of making any recent changes to my domain or email settings, and while I do have access to my domain's DNS settings, I am not exactly sure how to address this problem.
