Blocked emails

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with my blocked email issue. I am using Workspace as my email service provider and I am having trouble sending customer verification emails. I am not experiencing any issues with sending any other emails. DNS issue or Workspace setpoint issue. Not a simple task. This is not a basic setpoint task. Need absolute specialist for this.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in troubleshooting email issues with Workspace
- Experience in dealing with blocked transactional emails
- Knowledge of email authentication methods such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Familiarity with email deliverability best practices
- Excellent communication skills to explain the issue and solution clearly.
