Assist with setting up DKIM records

We want to improve email deliverability from a server which sends emails to opt-in mailing lists on behalf of several of our domains. I believe (but I could be wrong!) this needs to be done by setting up multiple DKIM records on the server (for each domain) and also adding the appropriate changes in the DNS. Currently emails from this server are failing DKIM tests.
