video downloader site , using pythin youtube_dl - need some fix on my code

Hi , i have a video downloader online site , { http://ytv.pythonanywhere.com } the site are good when downloading only in the normal resolution as 360 and as mp3 audio , ( the problem is when i downloaded with high resolution like 1080p - the video will be downloaded without sounds ,
* what I need .
- I want the high resolution video to be working well sounds and video when someone downloaded.
- I want the video with all the resolution as mp4 , and the audio download as m4a or mp3 .
( I will drop down picture of my ' views.py ' in case )
