twilio in mobile - django

I hope you read carefully my post! twilio works perfectly in our from computer browser but it stop working in mobile browser or mobile app. I need someone who can see the issue and give solution.
also we need to make sure if the called user replied the phone call so the result will be seen in the template as done or not , and the called user can vote. more details will be in private.
