migrating a Joomla 3.3 site to Django

Hi! We need to migrate a joomla 3.3 site to django.
We need to have the following features:
- creation of categories and materials
- editing and creating materials from the frontend
- views counter for materials
- wysiwyg editor
- edit and create menu items
- photo gallery
- ability to create a catalog of documents (pdf, docx, etc.) and photo cards with descriptions

and interested in creating a mobile app for this site
