django site Recovery
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a site that exists in a Django 2.7 Git Repo.
The repo is well documented, however, there are multiple versions that need to be examined.
The site was live until about 4 months ago and the owner accidentally lost/deleted the live version of the CMS/application.
The job:
1) Recover the Repo / Site and assist it to be loaded on new G-Cloud instance
2) Assist with G-Cloud setup as needed
3) There are a few gits and also some old images which may need to be edited/added.
4) Patch the CMS/Site and ensure the application is working
The site is mostly a content site, but I am happy to share site details that are (mostly) visible via the Wayback Machine.
Only Freelancers with demonstrated experience in delivering Django sites will be considered; please don't waste time with this type of thing.
The project will likely expand as the site needs additional work once we have it live and updated/working.
So, please outline your approach, cost and experience in your bid response. I will also need some of the core logic updated from Python 2.7 to 3+ however this is later phase of the project.
Bidders who don't address the criteria will be ignored.
