display selected data from a UPS API call to an HTML page

i am on a project creating a web app but i am having problems sending selected data from an API call, when I print it in console it is showing the data i need to pass to my page but when I render it it shows a bunch of useless data plus the one i need. which are MonetaryValue and code like ground or express shipping.
