company website based on a python flask dashboard template

i am looking for an experienced flask website developer (only python flask, and maybe if necessary djangocms) who will develop a company site based on a corporate template from appseed.us.
the solution will and should be deployed on a heroku cloud (infrastructure already exists).
normally i would like to develop it myself, but my flask knowledge is limited and to be honest - i have no time.
you will get from me:
1. access to the app template
2. git access to the repos
3. access to heroku cloud for deploy
