I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help me with an assessment project. The assessment will be a practical assessment aimed at adults, of an advanced level of difficulty. The ideal candidate should have previous experience designing or administering this type of assessments. They must also be able to provide well defined instructions, set realistic deadlines, and ensure that the results are consistent with the initial goals. It would be an added bonus if the candidate is experienced with any assessment tools, software, or online tool. Finally, I am looking for someone who has good communication skills and can smoothly guide the entire process from start to finish.
