Website for a Structural Engineering software

I am looking for a talented web development specialist to create a Software as a Service (SaaS) website for a structural engineering software. This website should also feature 3D visualization as a special function. It should not include a blog or forum.
The website should ideally be built using React, Threejs with django / python backend. The specialist must be highly knowledgeable about web development and have experience in creating SaaS websites. They must also be familiar with 3D visualization technologies and have experience in integrating the technology into a website.
The website should be user friendly, visually appealing, and highly functional. The specialist must be able to complete the project within the set deadline.
The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of developing SaaS websites with 3D visualization and other special functions. They should also have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
