Web developer for Django Application with Azure

Looking for a skilled developer to build a web application and connect it with our website hosted on GoDaddy. We require a translation software that uses Azure's AI translation. The application requires an upload feature that accepts .docx and .pdf files and calculates a cost based on word count. The application must then redirect the user to a secure payment portal for payment before translating the file and allowing the user to download it.

Other features needed:
- Login and registration for users
- Storage of translated documents for a 1 month period before deletion
