Web Developer with Stripe API experience

We want to rebuild our website from scratch.
Currently, our website is built on WordPress/WooCommerce and we are looking to move away from that.
Our website is similar to UpWork, meaning, our customers come to our site and they can browse our team members and their skills and choose a team member to work with. When they sign up, this starts a weekly subscription plan with us.
What we need:
- A developer with strong back-end skills who can help architect the site's back end (could be done in Django, Rails, Laravel, etc. We dont have any preference so whatever you are strongest with).
- The site and backend allows users/customers to login and manage their account and subscription (cancel, request a refund, add additional team members, etc)
- The site and backend allows us (management) to add and remove team members for our customers to choose from
- The backend allows us (management) to change the availability of each of our team members
- A developer who has experience with the Stripe API.
- A developer who can help us get this all running on a live server.
- A developer who has some front-end skills (but we can assist with the building of the front end)
- We want to migrate all of our existing WooCommerce subscriptions into Stripe.
- We want existing users to be imported into the new backend so they can initiate a password reset and access their account details and subscriptions
