Web Based App, optimized for PC and Mobile, to log data to SQL database
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I'm looking for a talented freelancer to develop a web-based application to log data into an SQL database. This application must be optimized for use on both PC and mobile devices.
The data to be logged includes user information, sensor data, datetime, and BAR 39 strings from the camera (in the case of a mobile device). We will be programming in Python/Django and the expected user traffic is low, with less than 100 users per day.
The successful freelancer must have experience in developing web-based applications and a strong understanding of SQL databases. We are looking for a skilled programmer who can ensure the program is optimized to run on both PC and mobile devices. If you have experience with Python/Django development, that would be a major plus!

Database would be either SQL hosted within Azure or utilizing an SQL Service from Azure. Hosting of the platform would be from within Azure. An additional requirement is an export of select data at defined intervals to a flat txt file.
