WORD PRESS PRO NEEDED

I am looking for a WordPress Pro to help me with my project. Specifically, I am in need of design & development services related to a website I have already set up. I am looking for a responsive design, so the website looks good on both desktop and mobile platforms. Ultimately, I need this website to be fully optimized for both friendliness & functionality.
Must be qualified with PHP, HTTPS, PYHON, DJANGO
Along with maintenance and support
