Tailwind CSS UI for django project

We have two similar projects that require revamp from existing bootstrap to tailwind CSS (ideally react) - project itself is django and it has endpoints done. That said, developer should know python and be comfortable in that environment though the job itself is mainly revamping the UI and creating standard UX for the project. Project doesn't have designs as such, but since it's mainly standard components (tableViews, forms and calendar) there's not much creative design required.
