Style ListView Django Page

I have a Django project with a single app consisting of a few pages. The pages are functional, but not styled at all. Literally no styling. Default HTML5, no CSS. This project is to style a SINGLE PAGE in this application. I need it to look perfect on desktop and at least presentable on mobile. This page has a single context object that is borne from a ListView of a particular model. I can send you the model and the HTML as it exists now. I'd like the selected freelancer to present a proposal on how it should be styled, implement my feedback, and then implement that style. I need someone fluent in English that has had proven experience in styling Django apps. This project is only for a single page, but if it goes well I will have at least 3 more that I will need similarly styled.
