Key features should include:
- Supplier performance tracking: I want to be able to assess and compare suppliers based on their performance.
- Communication tools: The dashboard should have integrated communication tools for seamless interaction with suppliers.
- Contract management: I need a feature that helps in overseeing and managing contracts with suppliers.
Additionally, the dashboard should cover:
- Supplier management: I want a section dedicated to managing various suppliers.
- Purchase requisition (PR): The dashboard should cater for tracking and managing purchase requisitions.
- Request for quotation (RFQ): I need a feature for managing requests for quotations from suppliers.
- Negotiation: A space for tracking negotiations with suppliers would be beneficial.
