I'm looking for an experienced full-stack Python and AI developer to build a web application using React and Django.
The app will require:

Interview Pro is an AI-powered interview platform designed to assist job seekers in
practicing interviews or participating in real-time interviews via a marketplace. The platform
also enables interviewers to showcase their profiles and allows companies to host rolespecific interview sessions.
Objective: Complete MVP within 1 week.
Core Features for MVP
Interview Experience
● Record or upload video responses.
● Automated transcription of videos.
● AI-driven analysis using OpenAI API.
● Dynamic performance output pages.
● Performance scoring based on the STAR method.
● Progress dashboard to track improvements.
Marketplace
● Public listing of candidate interviews.
● Filtering and sorting by job category, skills, and performance.
● Interviewer profiles for showcasing strengths.
● Company-created interview sessions for specific roles.
User Management
● User registration and login functionalities. (already implemented)
● Role-based access: Candidate, Interviewer, Company.
● Admin moderation tools.
System & Design
● Frontend: React (UI partially built using Bolt.new).
● Backend: Django.
● AI Integration: OpenAI API (already integrated).
● Hosting: AWS (already linked).
● Domain Management: Cloudflare.
Timeline
●3-4: Development of core features (frontend and backend).
●3-4: Market testing, user feedback collection, bug fixing, and UI polishing.
Notes
● Utilization of AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) is encouraged to enhance development efficiency.
● 1 week timeline is fixed; early completion is advantageous to allow more time
for testing and iteration.
