I am building a website where users will search records via dynamic query, view pages, download documents and will be charged for each download or on a month by month basis.
Finished product would include the following.
1. Landing page
2. Menu system to search subset of records.
3. Form for query criteria.
a. Will support an array fields to be joined by "and" clauses.
b. Date range and exact date search.
4. User will be able to view results and read a very down sampled image each page of the document.
5. User will be charged for download if not on a monthly account.
6. History of search, view, and download transaction, by user to be captured.
