SImple DJango page with 3 search button!

I need a simple Django page with 2 search options and 1 drop-down list. There will be a data in the backend with 3 columns. 2 search option and 1 drop-down list will be based on those 3 columns. And 2 Search button will show the suggestion list from data based on the user input. Thats it.
