React/Django clone of Docent LMS

I have a directory-style website that I want to extend to include a member area that allows people to:
• manage a profile
• save and view favorite listings
• create and manage listings
• full learning management system (LMS).
• buy courses and book coaching services.
• have a free and paid membership
Our current tech stack is React, Python, Django, and postgreSQL.
If I could do this with WordPress, I would use Docent by Themium, which uses Tutor LMS.
