React + Django Web App

I am in the need of developing a Web Application designed for schedule and maintenance:

Technologies to use:
Front End: React Hooks, Redux and Fetch API or Axios
Backend: Django, PostgreSQL or MongoDB,

Characteristics of the application:
User authorization and authentication
RESP API and CRUD into a database system
Possibility of capturing video/photos and store them locally (cloud preferably)
Scheduling system
Data visualization
Responsive design (adaptability for different screen sizes)
Possibility of report creation as PDF files
Possibility of multiple users using the application simultaneously.
