React & Django Rest framework Chatbot Website Development

I'm looking for a developer to create a simple chatbot website using React for the frontend and Django for the backend. The primary purpose of this chatbot is for information retrieval. It should be able to track chat history chronologically and handle various file types (.xls, .docx, .pdf etc.) for upload and download.

System Requirements:
-Website will be hosted on a DigitalOcean Droplet using ubuntu

Backend Requirements:
- Guide us on updating and pushing future changes post-completion.
- Implement a system for tracking chat history.
- Enable live streaming of API data, receiving constant API packet updates using event streaming or a similar approach.
- Utilize Django Rest Framework for all backend processes.

Frontend Requirements:
- Adhere strictly to the designs provided in the Figma file.
- Develop two versions of the site: one for mobile and one for desktop.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in React and Django is essential.
- Experience with Django Rest Framework.
- Familiarity with event streaming and handling constant API updates.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles for mobile and desktop versions.
- Ability to follow design specifications in Figma.

Please note: The chatbot will primarily be retrieving general information. The chat history will be displayed chronologically.
