I need a straightforward module that lets patients reserve an in-person consultation with their chosen doctor. The goal is a clean, reliable flow:
• Patients see available time-slots for each doctor.
• They pick a slot, enter basic contact details, and receive an on-screen confirmation.
• Staff and doctors can view, add, or reschedule bookings from an admin calendar.
Keep it lightweight—no payment processing or virtual-visit features right now. A simple web interface or lightweight mobile-friendly page is fine as long as it loads quickly and is easy to maintain. You’re free to build in PHP/Laravel, Node, Django, or any modern stack you’re comfortable with; just document how to deploy it on a standard shared or VPS hosting environment.
Deliverables:
1. Working scheduling module (source code + database schema).
2. Minimal front-end with clear UX for patients and an admin view for staff.
3. Setup guide so I can install and test it myself.
4. Need 3hrs in USCIS office for interview the client
Focus on functionality first; we can layer extras like automated emails or extended patient forms later.
