Ongoing Django Support and Coaching

I have a few proof of concept apps created using crispy forms under my Django installation on PythonAnywhere. I am looking for a Django expert who can help me with code review and optimization, taking my proof of concepts to stable production, and acting as a permanent Python coach.
I primarily need:
- Code review and optimization: I need someone who can help me optimize my code for better performance and efficiency.
- Django Production: I need your expertise in reviewing my Django production code and helping me optimize it.
- Scalability and Performance: My primary concern when taking my projects to production is ensuring they are scalable and performing optimally.
Skills and experience required:
- Deep understanding and experience with Django and Python.

- Experience in preparing applications for production, with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Ability to provide teaching and coaching in Python and Django.
