Offline selling product and inventory management

My offline product-selling app needs a dedicated admin panel focused on inventory control. Within the panel I have to be able to add new products, update existing items, and delete products quickly, all without touching the database directly. A concise daily sales report should greet me the moment I sign in so I can see today’s figures and individual transactions at a glance.

I prefer a responsive, browser-based interface that works smoothly on desktop and tablet. Any modern stack is fine—Laravel, Node.js, Django, or comparable—as long as installation is painless and clearly documented.
