Niche B2B SaaS Platform Maintenance Project

I'm reaching out because I'm looking for a developer to take over ongoing maintenance and small feature work on a web platform I've built.
Quick overview It's a niche B2B SaaS — essentially a lightweight Learning Management System for schools and sports clubs. It delivers a structured mental-skills training programme to young athletes (ages 12–18) and gives coaches a dashboard to track team and individual progress.
The platform includes
An interactive online workbook with six modules and thirty activities
A school/club admin dashboard with team and athlete management
Progress tracking, achievement badges, and a streak counter
Auto-generated completion certificates
A platform-level admin dashboard for approving new schools and managing subscriptions
Tiered annual subscription pricing, manually invoiced (no Stripe / online payments)
Tech stack
Frontend: React + Tailwind CSS (shadcn/ui components)
Backend: FastAPI (Python)
Database: MongoDB
Auth: JWT for admins, email-based lookup for schools and athletes
Hosting: Currently on the Emergent platform; happy to migrate if you prefer
The codebase is already on GitHub with developer-handoff documentation (README, setup guide, and architecture notes), so onboarding should be straightforward.
What I'm hoping to find
Someone comfortable with React + FastAPI who can pick up an existing codebase
Availability for small, ongoing tasks — bug fixes, feature additions, and the occasional larger piece of work (e.g. swapping in a real SMTP provider, building a self-service upgrade flow)
Australian English preferred, but not essential
