Nexus Verification Platform

I need a developer or development team to build a secure, fully functional web platform that handles:
• User identity submission
• Status reporting by approved third-parties (called “Reporters”)
• PDF certificate generation with QR codes
• Online verification of certificates
• Automatic detection of status changes
• Payment integration
• Admin management dashboard
The platform will be used to maintain and issue status certificates for individuals based on two simple internal flags. Approved Reporters can submit reports that update these flags. Individuals (Users) can request an official PDF certificate showing their status at the time of issuance.
Each certificate:
• Contains a unique certificate number
• Is valid for 15 days
• Has a QR code linking to an online verification page
• Shows two status results (YES/NO)
• Stores a “snapshot” of the status at the time it was generated
When someone verifies a certificate through the QR code:
• If it has expired → show “certificate expired”
• If the status has changed since issuance → show a red warning (“Status update detected — request a new certificate”)
• If everything is unchanged → show the validated certificate data
The system consists of three portals:
1. User Portal
Users can:
• Submit identification documents
• Pay online
• Request and download their status certificate
2. Reporter Portal
Approved organizations can:
• Submit reports that set a user’s status flags
• Request certificates on behalf of users (after uploading a signed consent form)
• Verify certificates
Reporters must first register and upload mandatory company documents; Admin must approve them before use.
3. Admin Portal
Admins can:
• Approve or reject Reporter registrations
• View all reports submitted
• View all certificates issued
• View/edit user status flags
• Review payments
• Access audit logs

• Modern tech stack (React/Next.js preferred + Node.js/Laravel/Django backend)
• QR code generation

• Secure login (User / Reporter / Admin roles)
• Document upload & storage

• Clean, responsive UI
