Need a Django code fixed ... I am building a GPS web based tracker asset tracker ...
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am building custom GPS tracking devices to track various people and equipment around a construction site using Django... I have started on the Database, the Rest Api , but Im having trouble with the map and tracking the assets ... we must be able to zoom in on the site and lock(tile) the portion of the map we are using so it doesn't move(it would be great if we could make it a storable file that we can just load ...it may only be 1 block long or several... we wanna stay away from google map so I am using Mapbox ... If you have another preference fine I'm open to it. The way I want the app to work is simple we have a phone app and a couple ardrino and raspberry pi Lot they plug coordinates into the REST API (not finished but testable ... included in the uploaded file )
this app needs to:
1.Need to assign each team to a GPS device ambo (form can be found in forms.py)1 device xxx1, ambo 2, device xxx2 etc... also we want to use the standard tear drop markers for now ,(but will change to custom icon later) when the status change the marker color change see. need to tie this into the side icons that opens. See the pull down menu under the button GPS User /settings... we want that type of table/form connected to each side icon...(Note the GPD User /settings gives the administrator an over all picture but will not be seen by none admin users... The admin only can add and remove assets ... the the side panel buttons we want to be able to change status of individual assets registered and assigned units..... we want to the map to check the database every 10 seconds and use the most recent entry for each asset at a particular(selected) site (it's time stamped ) I will send you the Django app that handles this part and the model so you can see the DB ( feel free to make what ever changes you see fit. Also we would like it done in a week ... please look through to code before bidding ... lastly we want to be able tp drop a pin where the assign asset is to report...
