Modify my website which is in ReactJs, Django and Postgresql

I have a website "exoticempanadas.com" it is in ReactJs, Django and postgresql
what I want you to do is:

******* Change site name to "unitedrestaurants.net"****

1-Make it a multilingual site " Google translate is good enough"
2- Make it multicountries(worldwide)
3- change front to an appealing modern look, I will need 3 layouts
(a) A layout for restaurants
(b) A layout for Ecommerce
(c) A layout for services ( Example, Beauty Salons, Massage, Gym, Accounting, Jobs etc..)
4-In Admin panel Add these functions
(a) Select a layout
(b) Select your country
(c) Select Language( Default is English)
5-Add a "test Admin" account with a username: "testadmin" and password : Password that has all previliges of admin but
but can not save any changes made.
6- add "google adsense" section that can not be changed by anybody even the subscribed admin ( Only Master hosting admin can edit)
7-Add a "Contact Host" function so that admin can send emails to host
8- Change site name to "unitedrestaurants.net"
9-setup the site "unitedrestaurants.net" on a cloud hosting service that we can discuss.

I will be using this script for selling hosting service where subscribers will only get a copy of the admin panel.
