Medical Blockchain Based Website Backend

Good day, our team is looking for some help with the backend of our website. The front end has been in the finalization stage meanwhile the back end needs some work.
The website is a platform for patients, healthcare providers, and healthcare companies to utilize the safety and security of the blockchain database where the patients can send requests to providers to be scheduled while also getting their findings via the application.
Task: Develop the remaining models in the backend of our web app and implement blockchain on Transactions using Django
qualifications:
- at least 1 year experience in vuejs and Django rest framework
- have experience with backend development (especially all about API)
- have experience or familiarity with blockchain
