Looking for a team to maintain my Vue.js website with Django Backend

I'm looking for a team who can maintain my vue.js application with Django backend.
1) Should have extensive experience in Django and Vue.js both
2) Make sure website is up and secured always
3) Database backup on aws is on
4) Regular updates if required
5) Upto 40 hours reserved for us which can be utilised on some development, this should be apart from maintaining the website
6) Any big requirement can be changed to additional scope of work
