Looking for longterm full stack developers

What I’m Looking For

A developer who:
• Has 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Can work independently but also collaborate closely with me.
• Is interested in a long-term partnership (not just quick freelance work).
• Takes ownership of their work and communicates clearly.

Technical Skills Needed
• Front-End: React / Vue / Angular (plus strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Back-End: Node.js / Express / Django / Rails (open to discussion on stack).
• Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB.
• APIs: RESTful and/or GraphQL.
• Version Control: Git/GitHub.
• Deployment: Some knowledge of cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar).
• Testing: Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).

Nice-to-Have
• UI/UX design awareness.
• Experience with mobile frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
• DevOps / Docker / CI-CD knowledge.
