Library management system React or Django.

This project is needed by the latest Monday early morning. It is a library project, at the moment it the functionalities are not many. I have explained them in a document. there will be more added features but after you complete this at the needed time. . The web app can be made using React and Django I am open to both but mostly React. I want the Web app to be running locally with no use of the internet.
I want someone who will jump on the project immediately.
