Joomla Extension Development

I'm looking for a skilled Joomla extension developer to create a component for use in allowing a Joomla admin / user to utilize this component to generate / maintain & Deploy Django applications from within Joomla. The extension will need to include data input fields, which the Joomla admin / user should be able to fill out. In addition, the extension will require many Django application administration tools as well the ability to allow Django to utilize Joomla articles as code snippets with Django and Django views. There will also be integration between Joomla Menu's and the display of a chose "Django Application" that is administered within the Joomla Extension. Ultimately the extension could allow Joomla to administer and "Host" a single or multiple Django applications with or without the requirement of displaying any Joomla pages whatsoever on any pages. Effectively Joomla "Could" be hosting your Django applications on any platform that can run Joomla via this extension... I am looking for a skilled and experienced developer who can get this done.
