Images not being uploaded from DJango to S3 via Jenkins

We have onboarded a site with existing issues, there is a major problem with CMS users being unable to upload images which is crippling the usability of the site. This is a microservices solution, that uses Lambda and API Gateway, with a supporting DevOps infrastructure consisting of Jenkins and Zappa. We think the issue lies in DJango Storage and Lamdba connectivity.
