Host my Django Blog website on Heroku and store the photos of the blog on Cloudinary.

I have a blog website made using Django, the problem with that blog website is that the photos of the blogs are being stored in local storage, that's why I want a person who can use Cloudinary to store photos of the blogs and host the whole website on Heroku.
