Heroku Deployment Issue Troubleshooting

My website seems to have a broken connection to Heroku, resulting in a deployment issue. I'm not entirely sure about the technology stack being used or the specifics of my access to the codebase and Heroku settings, but I do need help diagnosing and fixing the issue.
This website was built to allow people to flow through the SumSub KYC/AML process and we need it back and working ASAP.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
