Help us optimise our ed-tech MVP

We are dskrpt.de a publishing and learning platform for legal education. We are so far developed a well-working prototype and we need your help turning our 400 user MVP into a truly robust production application.
We use Django on Heroku with Channels and Celery. Our most advanced front-end component is a real-time editor built on Prosemirror. Our code is not perfect, but we have a decent test-coverage, follow best-practices and have started to use CI/CD.
Your tasks would encompass refactoring our code where it is necessary and improve performance. If you have some experience with optimising SQL, that would be great. We also need to build a better signup and user management.
On the frontend, we could need your help optimising our real-time editor built with Prosemirror, a fairly involved Javascript component.
